SHIPPING

How long will it take to process my order?

I aim to process orders within 2-3 working days, however if you need it sooner please don't hesitate to let me know. I'll do my best to get it ready for you quicker.

Custom orders vary. Please enquire for processing time.

What is your shipping method & when will my order arrive?

All orders are sent with a tracking number.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipment notification email with an estimated delivery date. This is calculated based on distance from the warehouse location to your address. Please ensure you provide the correct contact details and delivery address.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes!

Please note - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS

What is your Return Policy?

If for any reason you're unsatisfied with your purchase, contact me within 14 days of delivery to arrange a return.

Original artwork can be returned providing it's undamaged and in its original packaging. All returns must be insured to the full value of the painting as you are still responsible for it whilst in transit. Please retain proof of postage and I recommend sending the item tracked. I cannot refund items that do not arrive back, or arrive damaged. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Items must be shipped back within 21 days of delivery for a full refund.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

I don't accept cancellations.

But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I'm unable to accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale

Please note - the colours in your prints may vary slightly to what you see on your screen.

What is your Exchange Policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can organise an exchange once I receive the tracking number of the returned item, provided it's in its original packaging & in a resalable condition.

Buyers are responsible for return delivery costs.

Because of the nature of the following items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I'm unable to arrange an exchange for:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items on sale

It is extremely rare for breakages or damage to occur. On those rare occasions when incidents do happen I strive to ensure that your replacement is organised immediately and shipped back out on a priority service without any fuss.

If you do receive a damaged parcel please take photos and contact me within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Any time after this will not be considered. Once I have received the photos of damage, we will come to an arrangement together to solve the issue.

COMMISSIONS

Do you accept commissions?

Yes!

If you'd like to discuss having a piece of artwork created especially for you in a similar style to what you see on my website, I'd love to hear from you!

How does a commission work?

First, & most importantly, we chat about your choice of colours and the type of feeling you want this piece to bring to you & your space. Once we both have a clear idea of what you want and I receive a 50% deposit, I get to work. I will share process photos with you along the way to keep you involved. Commissions take anywhere from 2 to 6 weeks to complete. Once completed and I've received the final payment, your painting will then be placed, unframed, in a biodegradable sleeve backed with board, wrapped and posted in a board backed envelope to ensure it arrives safely. If you would like your artwork framed and ready to hang, I am more than happy to organise this into the quote.

What are your commission T&C's

A non-refundable 50% deposit is to be made at the time of confirming the commission. Work will not commence until the deposit has been paid. In the unlikely event that you decide to cancel once the commission has started, the 50% deposit will not be refunded to pay for my time creating this artwork. There are to be no renegotiations on price once commission has started.

As the artist, I reserve the copyrights to all commissioned pieces and may use photos of the completed artworks to promote my business. If you have any questions regarding this, please don't hesitate to contact me and we can work through any concerns together.

QUALITY & PACKAGING

What are the quality of your fine art prints & canvases?

All fine art prints use a museum-quality fine art paper with a gentle texture. Carefully reproduced for fantastic accuracy using archival printing techniques.

All canvas prints are made entirely from recycled plastic bottles and stretched over a recycled frame, and the packaging is made from 100% recycled content!

How are your products packaged?

My unframed fine art prints are hand rolled in protective tissue paper and then shipped in extra thick cardboard tubes unless they are A4 or smaller and being delivered in the UK or mainland Europe (in which case they are shipped in thick cardboard envelopes)..

All framed and canvas prints are wrapped in a protective sleeve with individual guards added to each corner. Additional cardboard is secured over the print surface to minimise the risk of breakages or transit damage. Each print is then shipped in a heavy duty cardboard box.

Original artwork is packaged in recycled & biodegradable materials, with plenty of sturdy cardboard to ensure safe arrival.
