My work is born from a deep, intuitive need to translate the grounding power of nature into a visual sanctuary for the soul.
Having navigated the depths of mental health struggles I paint to process the world and to find balance.
Through layers of collage and expressive, abstract marks, I strive to create pieces that act as a calm refuge for the viewer.
I strongly desire to offer others the same solace I find in the wild;
I want my art to be a soft place to land for sensitive souls and fellow survivors, providing a sense of calm and the quiet reassurance that there is beauty and light to be found even in our most vulnerable moments.
