My work is born from a deep, intuitive need to translate the grounding power of nature into a visual sanctuary for the soul.
Having navigated the depths of mental health struggles I paint to process the world and to find balance.
Through layers of collage and expressive, abstract marks, my desire is to create pieces that act as a calm refuge for the viewer.
I want my art to provide a place to pause and recharge, giving quiet reassurance that there's beauty to be found even in our most vulnerable moments.
