How long will it take to process my order?
Most orders will be processed in 1-3 working days, however if you need it sooner please don't hesitate to let me know. I'll do my best to get it ready for you quicker.
The larger A2 prints will be despatched within 4-5 working days.
Custom orders vary. Please enquire for processing time.
What is your shipping method & when will my order arrive?
Orders within the UK
Royal Mail 1st Class - they aim to deliver the next working day.
Upgrade your shipping at checkout: Signed For, Tracked or Guaranteed by 1pm Next Day.
*Please note - Guaranteed Next Day by 1pm does not include processing time. But, if you choose this option I will prioritise your order and aim to despatch within 2 working days.
Orders to Europe
Royal Mail - should arrive within 3-5 working days.
Orders everywhere else
Royal Mail - should arrive within 7-10 working days.
All orders outside of the UK are sent via International Standard post, however there are upgrades available at the checkout if you wish to have your item tracked.
Can I personalise a print?
I'll personalise any print free of charge!
At checkout, use the 'Message to Seller' box to let me know the information you'd like added on your print.
I'll email you a proof before I print it out.
Do you accept commissions?
If you'd like a custom painting of a particular bird, pet or animal, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
I love undertaking commissions & creating something very personal for my customers!
Do you offer a gift wrapping service?
You can choose the gift wrapping option at checkout for a small fee of £2.00.
Your order will be gift wrapped in tissue paper, turquoise ribbon & a pretty gift tag.
If you'd like a personal message included with your order please let me know the information in the 'Message to Seller' box at the checkout.
Also, if you'd like me to post direct to the recipient of the gift, please let me know. The price of the ordered items are never included on my despatch notes.
Do you accept returns?
I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Contact me within 14 days of delivery.
Ship items back within 21 days of delivery.
I don't accept cancellations.
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Do you ship worldwide?
Please note - Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
